RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of our products are individually custom printed therefore all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues. For apparel, we strongly recommend measuring a favorite shirt and purchasing the size that is closest to those measurements. Please refer to our size guide prior to ordering. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a size up.
Please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Although it is a rare occurrence, should your item arrive damaged or defective, we will work diligently to replace your product. There are certain situations where exchanges for this reason may not be approved:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the return/exchange process for your item, please email us at email@example.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or send your purchase back prior to contacting us first. This may result in a rejection of your exchange or delay the time in which your exchange may occur.
Upon review, we may ask that you return the product to an address provided by Smile Smacker. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you upon approval and begin processing your exchange. A new order of the exact same item will automatically be placed and mailed to the original delivery address.
Upon shipment, a new tracking number will be emailed to the email address on file.
